2. Description of Service
Trainee.in is a career development platform designed to help individuals — particularly students, graduates, and early-career professionals — find internships and junior employment opportunities. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- AI-assisted CV and cover letter generation tools
- Internship and junior job listings and matching
- Career development resources, guides, and research reports
- User profiles visible to prospective employers (where opted in)
No Employment Guarantee: Our tools are designed to meaningfully improve your job search outcomes. However, we make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in a job offer, interview, placement, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Service Availability: The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We utilise third-party infrastructure providers, including Vercel and Supabase, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete freedom from errors. We are not liable for any service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by infrastructure failures.
3. Eligibility
To create an account and use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: You must be at least 16 years old. Users aged 16–17 confirm that they have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by the laws of their country of residence.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
- Single account: You may only maintain one personal account. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
4. Accounts & Termination
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@trainee.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Inactive account policy: Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to deletion. Before any deletion, we will send at least two email notifications — the first at 30 days prior, and a final reminder at 7 days prior — to the email address registered on your account, giving you the opportunity to log in and reactivate your account. We will not delete an account without providing this notice.
- Termination by you: You may close your account at any time through the Settings section of your profile. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
- Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that causes harm to others or to Trainee.in.
5. Content, Intellectual Property & Data
The following outlines the ownership and permitted use of content on and generated through the Service.

By submitting this content, you grant Tagsom AB a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Platform-generated content: Documents, reports, and outputs generated by Trainee.in's tools using your data (such as AI-assisted CV drafts or job-match summaries) are provided to you for your personal career use. Tagsom AB retains intellectual property rights in the underlying tools, templates, algorithms, and systems used to generate such outputs.
- Trainee.in platform content: All website content, branding, software, guides, research reports, and materials created by Tagsom AB are the exclusive intellectual property of Tagsom AB and are protected by Swedish and international copyright law. 8. Fees and Payments
- Free access: The Service is currently provided free of charge to individual trainees and job seekers.
- Future pricing: Tagsom AB reserves the right to introduce paid features, premium tiers, or subscription plans in the future — for example, for employer accounts or advanced user tools. Any such changes will be communicated to existing users no less than 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after pricing changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
- No hidden fees: We will never charge you without your explicit prior consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish and EU law:
- Tagsom AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.
- Tagsom AB's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to Tagsom AB in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) SEK 500.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tagsom AB expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, employer job portals, or external resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. Tagsom AB has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@trainee.in so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their breach, termination, or validity — shall be submitted to the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tagsom AB regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
- Force majeure: Tagsom AB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
